In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods such as Pearson's correlation coefficient, independent t test and one-way analysis of variance were used in SPSS-23 software.
Results: The overall score of the questionnaire was 332.53 ± 56.25, which is slightly higher than the average. The highest average score among the dimensions related to the process area was 4.99 ± 0.85. The highest scores were in the area of the structure related to the design and compilation of the electronic health record, in the area of the process related to the implementation of family doctor services in the form of the electronic health record, and in the area of results related to the level of knowledge of the health team.
