fa پاسخ گویی اجتماعی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و استادان در دوران قبل از کرونا و دوران کرونا آموزش پزشکی Medical Education پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b> پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گویی اجتماعی به منزله<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی جهت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی تمامی فعالیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آموزش پزشکی به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>سمت تربیت پزشکانی است که قادر به مرتفع کردن نیازهای سلامتی جامعه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی هدف باشند. این تحقیق به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>منظور بررسی میزان پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گویی اجتماعی از دیدگاه دانشجویان و استادان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در دوران قبل از کرونا و دوران کرونا انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:.1pt">روش کار: </span></b>پژوهش حاضر به شیوه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی توصیفی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>پیمایشی در سال 1401 انجام شد.&nbsp; مشارکت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کنندگان این تحقیق دانشجویان و استادان پزشکی و دندان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>پزشکی (788 نفر) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام بودند که با روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع<span dir="LTR">‌</span>آوری اطلاعات پژوهش از پرسش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>نامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی استاندارد آموزش پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گو شامل10 محور&nbsp; و 85 سؤال استفاده شد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">یافته</span></b><b><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">ها:</span></b> نتایج نشان داد که میانگین رتبه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای مؤلفه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های محدوده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی استانداردهای دانشکده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی پزشکی (9/24) (0002/0= <span dir="LTR">P</span>)، میزان بهبود کیفیت در آموزش و پژوهش (4/34) (0003/0= <span dir="LTR">P</span>)، میزان مکانیسم اجباری برای اعتباربخشی (2/23) (003/0= <span dir="LTR">P</span>) و میزان اصول جهانی با ویژگی زمینه (8/33) (002/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) هم از دیدگاه استادان و هم از دیدگاه دانشجویان در دوران کرونا در وضعیت نامطلوبی قرار داشتند که در مقایسه با دوران قبل کرونا، دارای تفاوت آماری معنادار (05/0<span lang="AR-YE">< </span><span dir="LTR">P</span>) بود. مؤلفه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی نقش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های در حال تحول پزشکان و سایر حرفه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های سلامت (5/82) (098/0= <span dir="LTR">P</span>) و مدیریت پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گو و مؤثر (8/74) (0001/0= <span dir="LTR">P</span>) در دوران کرونا در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشتند.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">نتیجه</span></b><b><span dir="LTR"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">‌</span></span><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">گیری:</span></b> با توجه به یافته<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مطالعه،&nbsp; اکثر موارد مربوط به آموزش پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گو نمره<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ی پایینی کسب کردند. نیاز به زمینه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>سازی برای افزایش پاسخ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گویی اجتماعی و رفع نقاط ضعف در دانشگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های پزشکی&nbsp; و همچنین، نیاز به مقابله با شرایط بحرانی وجود دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="letter-spacing:.15pt">Introduction and purpose:</span></b> <span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">Indicators of social accountability in medical education institutions are necessary for the improvement of community health needs. In this regard, the present research aimed to investigate the social accountability at Ilam University of Medical Sciences in the period before and during the COVID-19 pandemic.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b>Methods:</b> <span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">The present survey research was carried out in 2022 on students and professors of medicine and dentistry (n=788). The data were collected by standard questionnaire of Social Accountability of Medical Education. This questionnaire included 0 components and 85 items.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b>Results: </b><span style="letter-spacing:.15pt">The results showed that the mean scores of the components of medical school standards range (24.9) (P=0.0002), amount of quality improvement in education and research (34.4) (P=0.0003), amount of mandatory mechanism for accreditation (23.2) (P=0.003), and amount of global principles with the characteristics of the context (33.8) (P=0.002) were in an unfavorable situation during the COVID-19 pandemic from the point of view of both professors and students. These values had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) with those in the the pre-COVID-19 pandemic.
