fa ملاحظات بازنگری در محتوای آموزشی بهداشت محیط؛ یک نظرسنجی از اساتید رشته Considerations for Revising the Educational Content of Environmental Health: a Survey of Professors in the Field بهداشت محیط زیست Environmental Health پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) مقدمه و هدف:  نظام آموزشی هر کشور متناسب با نیازهای جامعه، دچار تحولات اساسی می‌شود. نیاز به تحولات در نظام سلامت و آموزش پزشکی و سایر علوم مرتبط، از جمله سلامت محیط‌زیست (بهداشت محیط)، در سال‌های اخیر، در کشور نمود بیشتری پیدا کرده است. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، بازنگری در محتوای آموزشی در حوزه‌ی سلامت محیط‌زیست و پاسخ به سؤالات اساسی مرتبط بررسی شد. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود که در سطح کشور، با مشارکت اساتید رشته‌ی بهداشت محیط، ارزیابی کلان انجام گرفت. در طی تحقیق، 87 نفر از اساتید محترم بهداشت محیط مشارکت کردند و برای اخذ نظرات ایشان، چک‌لیستی تهیه شد و نظرسنجی به عمل آمد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 انجام شد. برای مقایسه‌ی حیطه‌های مختلف، از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از نظرسنجی انجام‌شده، 3/96 درصد از اساتید بر این باور بودند که محتوای آموزشی رشته‌ی بهداشت محیط در ایران، با کشورهای توسعه‌یافته دارای تفاوت‌های اساسی است. 8/98 درصد از اساتید محترم اعتقاد داشتند که جنبه‌ها و شرایط بهداشت محیط در کشور در مقایسه با سال اول تعریف محتویات و کوریکولوم رشته‌ی بهداشت محیط، دارای تفاوت‌های درخور توجهی است. 2/69 درصد از اساتید محترم بهداشت محیط کشور بر این باور بودند که در توانمندی های مورد انتظار مندرج در کوریکولوم‌های آموزشی مقاطع مختلف رشته‌ی بهداشت محیط، بایستی بازنگری به عمل آید. درعین‌حال، 9/58 درصد از اساتید موافق آن بودند که پایش آلاینده‌های محیطی مؤثر بر سلامت از مباحث مهم بهداشت محیط است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر پایه‌ی نظرسنجی به‌عمل‌آمده از اساتید دانشکده‌های بهداشت کشور، با در نظر گرفتن شرایط جدید بهداشت محیط، بازنگری در تعریف بهداشت محیط و محتوای آموزشی آن برای پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای جامعه ضروری و مفید خواهد بود. Introduction and purpose: The education system of any country is subject to fundamental change according to the wishes of society. The need for change in the health care system, medical education and other related sciences, including environmental health, has become increasingly evident in this country in recent years. In the present study, we investigated the revision of educational content in environmental health and the answers to the fundamental questions related to it. Methods: The current study was cross-sectional and comprehensively evaluated at the national level with the participation of professors in the field of environmental health. The study involved 78 distinguished professors of environmental health, and a checklist was prepared and a survey was conducted to obtain their opinions. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS-22 software. The Friedman test was used to compare different areas. Results: The survey results show that 69.3% of the professors believe that the educational content in the field of environmental health in Iran is fundamentally different from that in developed countries. 89.8% of the distinguished professors believed that the aspects and conditions of environmental health in the country are significantly different from the first year of determining the content and curriculum in the field of environmental health. 96.2% of the distinguished professors of environmental health in the country thought that the expected skills included in the curricula of different levels of the field of environmental health should be revised. At the same time, 85.9% of the professors agreed that the monitoring of environmental pollutants that affect health is one of the most important topics in environmental health.
