fa بررسی خطرهای پوسچرهای نامناسب کاری در کارکنان بیمارستان دندان پزشکی شهید شکری با ابزار ROSA و RULA Investigating the Risks of Inappropriate Work Postures in Employees of Shahid Shukri Dental Hospital using ROSA and RULA Tools بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) مقدمه و هدف: اختلالات اسکلتی‌عضلانی در حال حاضر یکی از بیماری‌های شایع شغلی در نظام بهداشت و درمان است. هدف مطالعه‌ی حاضر بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی‌عضلانی کارکنان بیمارستان دندان‌پزشکی شهید شکری با به‌کارگیری روش ROSA و RULA است. روش کار: یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌مقطعی در سال 1401، در بیمارستان دندان‌پزشکی شهید شکری انجام گرفت. حجم نمونه به‌صورت سرشماری از تمامی کارکنان در نظر گرفته شد. تعداد 55 نفر از کارکنان اداری و 42 نفر از دندان‌پزشکان وارد مطالعه شدند. داده‌ها توسط دو روش ارزیابی پوسچر RULA و ROSA جمع‌آوری شدند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS.نسخه 26 و به‌کمک آماره‌های توصیفی و آزمون آماریTes t-T، آزمون دقیق فیشر و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معناداری 0/05 درصد تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نمره‌ی به‌دست‌آمده از روش ROSA، میزان خطر ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی‌عضلانی در ناحیه‌ی هشدار قرار دارد و بر اساس روش RULA، تمامی پوسچرهای بررسی‌شده‌ی کارکنان در سطح اولویت اقدام‌های اصلاحی 2 و 3 هستند. همچنین، سابقه‌ی کار بالا و تعداد ساعات کار زیاد در روز از عوامل مؤثر در وقوع علائم در نواحی گردن و مچ دست/ دست بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت و شرایط موجود در بیمارستان دندان‌پزشکی شهید شکری در موقعیت مناسبی نیست و نیازمند تغییرات و بهبود شرایط و ایستگاه‌های کاری است. برای کاهش و پیشگیری از شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی‌عضلانی می‌توان از طریق طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌ای مداخله‌ای و آموزشی توأم با مداخلات مهندسی، به رفع نواقص پرداخت.   Introduction and purpose: Musculoskeletal disorders are currently among the most common occupational diseases in the healthcare system. The present study aimed to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among employees of Shahid Shukri Dental Hospital using ROSA and RULA methods. Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in Shahid Shukri Dental Hospital in 2022. The sample size was considered a census of all employees. Fifty-five computer users and 42 dentists were included in the study. Data were collected by two posture assessment methods, RULA and ROSA. The collected data was analyzed in SPSS software (version 26) and with the help of descriptive statistics and statistical t-test, Fisher's exact test, and logistic regression. Results: Based on the scores obtained from the ROSA method, the risk of musculoskeletal disorders was in the warning zone, and according to the RULA method, all the employees’ postures were at the priority levels of 2 and 3 of corrective measures. In addition, more work experience and high number of working hours per day were effective factors in the occurrence of symptoms in the neck and wrist/hand areas. Conclusion: Findings of the present study revealed that the current conditions in Shahid Shukri Dental Hospital are not suitable, and changes and improvements of conditions and workstations are required.
