fa بررسی میزان مواجهه با دود دست دوم دخانیات و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانش آموزان متوسطه دوم شهر زاهدان در سال 1401 Evaluation of Exposure to Secondhand Tobacco Smoke and its Associated Factors in High School Students in Zahedan in 2022 اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) مقدمه و هدف: مواجهه با دود دست دوم دخانیات بروز بیماری‌های قلبی، سرطان و سایر بیماری‌ها را تسهیل می‌کند، هدف این مطالعه تعیین میزان مواجهه با دود دست دوم دخانیات و عوامل مرتبط با آن در بین دانش‌آموزان متوسط دوم شهر زاهدان در سال 1401 است. روش کار: در این مطالعه، 640 دانش‌آموز مقطع متوسطه دوم در شهر زاهدان با شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها یک چک‌لیست اقتباسی از پرسش‌نامه جهانی بررسی مصرف دخانیات (Global Youth Tobacco Survey) بود. تمامی چک‌لیست‌ها به صورت حضوری و با مصاحبه جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری کای اسکوئر، t مستقل و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معنی داری 05/0 انجام گردید. یافته‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر 640 دانش‌آموز با میانگین سنی 77/0 ± 00/17 سال موردبررسی قرار گرفتند که 2/45% پسر بودند. 4/58% دانش‌آموزانِ موردبررسی در مواجهه با دود دست دوم دخانیات قرار گرفته بودند. جنسیت، نوع مدرسه، نوع منزل، محل سکونت، محل زندگی و وجود بیماری تنفسی، ارتباطی با مواجهه با دود دست دوم نداشت. نمونه‌هایی که با دود دست دوم دخانیات مواجه شده بودند در بین دانش‌آموزان ساکن در حاشیه شهر و قومیت بلوچ به‌صورت چشم‌گیری بیشتر دیده شدند (05/0>P). مهم‌ترین پیش‌بینی کننده‌های مواجهه با دود دست دوم دخانیات بر اساس مدل رگرسیون لجستیک چندگانه، سابقه مصرف دخانیات پدر و مادر و بی‌سوادی مادر بود (05/0>P). نتیجه‌گیری: مواجهه با دود دخانیات در نوجوانان شهر زاهدان به نسبت بالا است و به نظر می‌رسد سطح سواد و وضعیت اقتصادی در میزان مواجهه دخیل هستند.   Introduction and purpose: Exposure to secondhand smoke facilitates the occurrence of heart diseases, cancer, and other diseases. The present study aimed to determine the prevalence of secondhand tobacco smoke exposure and related factors among high school students in Zahedan, Iran, in 2022. Methods: In this cross-sectional study in 2022, 640 high school students in Zahedan were selected via a multi-stage random sampling method. A checklist adapted from the Global Youth Tobacco Survey (GYTS) questionnaire was used for data collection. All checklists were collected in person and through interviews. All data analysis was performed in SPSS software (version 22) using chi-square, independent t-test, and logistic regression tests at a significance level of 0.05. Results: In this study, a total of 640 students with a mean age of 17.00 ± 0.77 years were examined, 45.2% of whom were boys. Moreover, 58.4% of the studied students were exposed to secondhand smoke. Gender, type of school, type of house, place of residence, and the presence of respiratory disease were not related to secondhand smoke exposure. Cases exposed to secondhand smoke were significantly higher among students living on city outskirts and Baloch ethnicity (P<0.05). Based on the Multiple logistic regression model, the most important predictors of secondhand smoke exposure were parental smoking history and mother's illiteracy (P<0.05).
