fa مدلسازی عوامل تأثیرگذار اجتماعی-اقتصادی بر شدت آسیب حوادث ترافیکی رانندگان با استفاده از رگرسیون لجستیک Modeling Socio-economic Factors Affecting the Severity of Drivers’ Injuries in Traffic Accidents: Using the Logistic Regression پزشکی اجتماعی Social Medicine پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) مقدمه و هدف: شدت تصادفات و مرگ‌ومیر ناشی از آن در کشورها با سطوح مختلف وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی، متفاوت است. هدف این مطالعه مدل‌سازی عوامل تأثیرگذار اجتماعی-اقتصادی بر شدت آسیب حوادث ترافیکی رانندگان مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی ارومیه با استفاده از رگرسیون لجستیک بود. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی-تحلیلی است. نمونه مطالعه‌شده 250 نفر از رانندگانی بودند که در سال 1399 به‌خاطر حادثه ترافیکی به مرکز آموزشی درمانی امام خمینی (ره) ارومیه ارجاع داده شده بودند. در بررسی ارتباط عوامل اجتماعی-اقتصادی با شدت آسیب از مقیاس ISS (Injury Severity Score) برای تعیین شدت آسیب و از رگرسیون لجستیک برای مدل‌سازی و بررسی ارتباطات استفاده شد.تمامی تحزیه‌وتحلیل‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16  و در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین شانس رخداد شدت آسیب زیاد با وضعیت تأهل (0/029= P، 0/43= OR)، سطح تحصیلات (0/005= P، 4/45= OR)، درآمد ماهانه خانوار (0/037= P، 5/40= OR)، ارزش پولی خودرو (0/011= P، 3/22= OR)، و سهم هزینه‌های بهداشتی-درمانی (0/004= P، 0/31= OR) رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد، درحالی‌که بین شغل با شانس رخداد شدت آسیب زیاد ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد بین بیشتر عوامل اجتماعی-اقتصادی مطالعه‌شده و شدت آسیب، ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد. به نظر می‌رسد توجه به راهبردهای رفاهی و بهداشت عمومی، حمایت‌های مادی و معنوی برای بهبود بیماران، افزایش قدرت خرید خانواده‌ها، فرهنگ‌سازی، آموزش‌های تخصصی و بهبود صنعت خودروسازی ممکن است موجب کاهش تصادفات و شدت آسیب آن‌ها شود.   Introduction and purpose: The severity of accidents and mortality rate varies between countries with different socio-economic statuses. This study aimed to model the socio-economic factors affecting the severity of injuries in traffic accidents of drivers referred to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Urmia using logistic regression. Methods: This cross-sectional-analytical study included 250 drivers who had a traffic accident in 2020 and were referred to Imam Khomeini Medical Center in Urmia, Iran. For evaluating the relationship between socio-economic factors and the severity of injuries, the Injury Severity Score (ISS) scale was used to determine the severity of the injury, and logistic regression was used to model and study the relationship. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS software (version 16), and a p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The results showed a significant relationship between the high severity of the injury with, marital status (OR=0.43, P=0.029), level of education (OR=4.45, P=0.005), monthly household income (OR=5.40, P=0.037), car monetary value (OR=3.22, P=0.011), and the share of health care costs (OR=0.31, P=0.004). In contrast, there was no significant relationship between job and the high injury severity. Conclusion: The results showed a significant relationship between most of the socio-economic factors and the severity of the injury.
