fa مروری بر نگرش سنتی نسبت به ایمنی محیط کار در صنایع پرخطر An Overview of Traditional Approaches towards Workplace Safety in High-Risk Industries بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health مروری Review مقدمه و هدف: نگرش سنتی نسبت به ایمنی محیط‌های کاری و روش‌های متداول ارزیابی ریسک در صنایع پرخطر با پیچیدگی فنی- اجتماعی و آسیب‌پذیری زیاد کارآمد و اثرگذار نیست؛ چراکه باعث تحمیل هزینه و خسارات در سیستم می‌شود. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقاط قوت و ضعف نگرش ایمنی سنتی در محیط‌های کاری صنایع پرخطر می‌پردازد. روش کار: در مطالعه حاضر، مقالات و مجلات پایگاه‌های اینترنتی معتبر خارجی شامل PubMed, Web of Sciences, Scopus, Google Scholar و پایگاه‌های اینترنتی فارسی شامل SID, Civilica, Magiran تا سال 2020 بررسی شد. کلیدواژه‌های استفاده‌شده برای این جست‌وجو عبارت بودند از: اصطلاح Tradition و کلمات کلیدی Safety, Workplace, Risk, Industry و Accident. در مجموع 53 مقاله استخراج شد که پس از غربالگری آن‌ها از نظر محتوایی و موضوعی و حذف مقالات غیرمرتبط، متن کامل 28 مقاله مرتبط دریافت و جزئی‌تر بررسی شد. یافته‌ها: در نگرش سنتی به ایمنی محیط کار موضوعاتی چون خطای انسانی و اعمال ناایمن، نقص و خرابی اجزای یک سیستم و آموزش ناکافی به کارکنان به‌عنوان علل ریشه‌ای حوادث شناخته می‌شدند، اما امروزه در بسیاری از مطالعات تأکید شده است که علل بروز حوادث به‌خصوص در صنایع پرخطر را باید در عوامل تکنولوژیکی، سازمانی، انسانی (تغییرپذیری وظایف روزمره) و ترکیب مجموعه‌ای از رخدادهای نوظهور کاوش کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: ضعف در کشف ریسک‌های پنهان یا نوظهور، اثربخشی ناکافی در رسیدگی به پیچیدگی‌های فنی فرایند‌های کاری، عدم درک تعاملات غیرخطی و قطعی‌بودن علل بروز حادثه از محدودیت‌های نگرش سنتی به ایمنی محیط‌های کاری در صنایع پرخطر است. Introduction and purpose: The traditional attitudes toward workplace safety and the common risk analysis methods alone cannot be effective in high-risk industries that are accompanied by socio-technical complexity and high vulnerability since they cause costs and damages in the system. The present study aimed to examine the strengths and weaknesses of traditional safety attitudes in workplaces of high-risk industries. Methods: This study searched the foreign databases of Pubmed, Web of Sciences, Scopus, and Google Scholar, as well as Persian web databases, such as SID, Civilica, and Magiran up to 2020. The keywords used for this search included the term "Tradition" and the keywords of "Safety, Workplace, Risk, Industry, and Accident". A total of 53 articles were extracted. After screening the articles in terms of content and subject matter and deleting irrelevant articles, the full texts of 28 related articles were examined in more detail. Results: In the traditional approach to workplace safety, issues, such as human error and unsafe practices, defects in system components, and inadequate staff training were identified as the root causes of accidents. However, today, many studies have emphasized that the causes of accidents, especially in high-risk industries, should be explored in technological, organizational, and human factors (variability of daily tasks), as well as the combination of a set of emerging events.
