fa بررسی وضعیت سلامت روان دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد ساری در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 در زمستان 1399 بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">مقدمه و هدف:</span></strong> یکی از رسالت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مهم آموزش پرستاری، بهداشت روانی و سلامت روان دانشجویان و فارغ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>التحصیلان پرستاری است که نقش مهمی در ارتقای سلامت افراد جامعه دارند. حفظ بهداشت روانی دانشجویان پرستاری به دلیل نقش مهم آنان در ارائه خدمات بهداشتی در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 ضرورت دارد. لذا این تحقیق با هدف تعیین وضعیت سلامت روان دانشجویان و فارغ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>التحصیلان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد ساری در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 انجام شد.<br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">روش کار: </span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">این مطالعه یک تحقیق توصیفی، تحلیلی و مقطعی است که به روش سرشماری روی همه دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه آزاد واحد ساری انجام شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسش</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">نامه مشخصات فردی و پرسش</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">نامه سلامت روان 12 سؤالی (12-</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">GHQ</span><span style="letter-spacing:.1pt;">) استفاده شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">یافته</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">‌</span></strong><strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ها: </span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">در مجموع 278 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند؛ از این بین 70 نفر&nbsp; (25/2 درصد) در بخش</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">های کرونایی فعالیت داشتند و 208 نفر&nbsp; (74/8 درصد) در بخش</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">های کرونایی فعالیت نداشتند. بیشترین میانگین نمره سلامت روان به دانشجویان ترم اول با 3/10</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">5 و کمترین میانگین نمره سلامت روان به دانشجویان ترم ششم با 2/51</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">&plusmn;</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">3/7 متعلق بود. همچنین میانگین نمره سلامت افرادی که با بیماران کرونایی ارتباط داشته بودند بیشتر از سایرین بود که نشان</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">دهنده وضعیت نامطلوب سلامت روان آن</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">ها بود&nbsp; (0/05</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><</span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">P</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">).</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">نتیجه</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">گیری:</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;"> با توجه به یافته</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">ها، توجه به سلامت روان دانشجویان پرستاری در دوران پاندمی کرونا ضروری است؛ لذا پیشنهاد میشود با برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی سلامت روان، تغییر شرایط حاکم بر محیط</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">های آموزشی در دوران پاندمی کووید 19 و فراهمکردن امکان مشاوره به</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">منظور بهبود بهداشت روانی دانشجویان پرستاری بتوان گام</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;"><span style="color:black;">های مؤثری برداشت.</span></span></span></span> <strong>Introduction and purpose:</strong> One of the important missions of nursing education is the mental health of nursing students who play an important role in promoting the health of the community. It is necessary to maintain nursing students&#39; mental health due to their prominent role in providing health services during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the mental health status of nursing students in the School of Nursing, Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch, Sari Iran, during the COVID-19 pandemic.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This analytical study was conducted based on a descriptive cross-sectional method using the census method on all nursing students of Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch. Data collection tools were a demographic form and the 12-item General Health Questionnaire.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Totally, 278 participants completed the study, among which 70 (25.2%) participants worked in the COVID-19 hospitals and 208 (74.8%) participants did not work. The highest and lowest mean scores of mental health were related to the first-year and sixth-semester students (5&plusmn;3.10 and 3.7&plusmn;2.51), respectively.
