fa تعیین رابطه بین سلامت عمومی و رضایت شغلی کارگران در کشتارگاه صنعتی استان گلستان بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <p class="MsoNormal" dir="rtl" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt line-height: 150%"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>مقدمه و هدف</b>: رضایت شغلی، میزان علاقه افراد به کارشان می&shy; باشد. یکی از جنبه&shy; های رضایت شغلی که نادیده انگاشته می &shy;شود، رابطه آن با سلامت کارکنان است. مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی شاخص &shy;های رضایت شغلی در شاغلین &nbsp;یک &nbsp;شرکت کشتارگاه صنعتی در یکی از استان&shy; های شمال کشور و بررسی ارتباط شاخص رضایت شغلی با سطح سلامت عمومی است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>روش کار</b>: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 85 نفر از کارگران کشتارگاه در سال 1393 به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی سلامت عمومی، از پرسش &shy;نامه <span dir="LTR">GHQ</span>-28 و برای بررسی رضایت شغلی از پرسش نامه <span dir="LTR">JDI</span> استفاده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج پژوهش، از روش &shy;های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار)، ضریب همبستگی&nbsp; پیرسون و آزمون <span dir="LTR">t</span> مستقل استفاده شده است. جهت آنالیز آماری نیز، از نرم افزار <span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">20</span> <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> &nbsp;استفاده شده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>یافته</b><b> </b><b>&shy;ها</b>: نتایج نشان داده که هیچ یک از کارگران از سلامت عمومی مطلوبی برخوردار نمی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشند و میانگین شاخص رضایت شغلی کل کارگران پایین بوده است. بین رضایت شغلی و سلامت عمومی کارگران، ارتباط معنی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>داری دیده نشده است. اما بین میانگین رضایت شغلی در دو گروه زنان و مردان و در دو گروه متأهل و مجرد، اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشته است.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>&nbsp;نتیجه &shy;گیری</b>: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، بهتر است راهکارهایی برای افزایش سطح سلامت عمومی کارگران در نظر گرفته شود. همچنین برای افزایش میزان رضایت شغلی بهتر است شرایط عمومی و بهداشتی کار را بهبود بخشید و درآمد مالی کارگران را افزایش داد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-size: 9pt line-height: 150% font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif"></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b>Introduction and purpose:</b> Job satisfaction is defined as people&rsquo;s interest in their work. One of the important aspects of job satisfaction, which is mostly ignored, is its relationship with individual&rsquo;s overall health. The present study aims to evaluate job satisfaction in workers of an industrial slaughterhouse and to investigate its relationship with general health.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="letter-spacing:-.15pt">Methods: </span></b><span lang="EN-GB" style="letter-spacing:-.15pt">We conducted this cross-sectional study on 85 workers of a slaughterhouse in Golestan Province, 2014. The participants were chosen through random sampling. To assess the general health and evaluate the indicators of job satisfaction, GHQ-28 and JDI questionnaires were used, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient and independent t-test were performed to analyze the data, using SPSS, version 20.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b>Results: </b>The results showed that none of the workers had the acceptable general health and job satisfaction index, and the average scores of all the participants were low. Moreover, no significant correlation was found between job satisfaction and general health in the workers.
