fa ارزیابی تاثیر آموزش های ایمنی در ارتقاء فرهنگ ایمنی در بین کارگران یکی از صنایع فلزی مطالعه موردی بهداشت حرفه ای Occupational Health پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> علت اصلی در به وقوع پیوستن حوادث، نبود فرهنگ ایمنی در سازما نها می باشد که&nbsp;در یک سیستم مدیریت ایمنی نادرست و فرهنگ ایمنی نامناسب شکل گرفته است. یکی از راههای بهبود&nbsp;و ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی، آموزش می باشد. در این ارتباط، در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی&nbsp;و تأثیر آموزش بر ارتقای این فرهنگ پرداخته شده است.&nbsp;<strong>روش کار:</strong> مطالعه حاضر به صورت مداخله ای در ارتباط با ارزیابی فرهنگ ایمنی با تکمیل پرسشنامه و&nbsp;ارتقای آن در میان کلیه کارکنان صنعت فلزی اکباتان انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS&nbsp;و Excel و آزمون های آماری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در ادامه، اقدامات آموزشی صورت گرفت و فرهنگ&nbsp;ایمنی مجدداً بررسی گردید. در نهایت، بین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی و ابعاد ده گانه آن (قبل و بعد از مداخله)&nbsp;مقایسه انجام شد.&nbsp;<strong>یافته ها</strong>: در این مطالعه میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی افراد معادل 287 ارزیابی گردید و موارد ده گانه اجزای&nbsp;فرهنگ ایمنی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نمره فرهنگ ایمنی کارکنان و کارگران قبل از مداخله به ترتیب&nbsp;معادل 17 / 26 &plusmn; 67 / 290 و 25 / 47 &plusmn; 283 بود. پس از اعمال مداخلات، میانگین نمره فرهنگ ایمنی معادل&nbsp;318&plusmn;31/11 به دست آمد.<strong>&nbsp;نتیجه گیری: </strong>نتایج نشان دادند که یکی از را هکارهای کنترلی و مؤثر در ارتباط با ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی،&nbsp;آموز ش ایمنی است که می تواند تأثیر به سزایی بر ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی داشته باشد؛ از این رو برای&nbsp;دس تیابی به این امر، تدوین و اجرای برنامه های آموزشی براساس نیازسنجی و پیگیری اثربخش بودن&nbsp;برنام هها به صورت فعالانه و مشارکتی پیشنهاد می شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction and purpose: </strong>Lack of a safety culture in organizations is the&nbsp;main reason for the occurrence of accidents. This phenomenon is formed in&nbsp;an improper safety management system and an inappropriate safety culture.&nbsp;One of the ways to improve the culture of safety is education. Therefore, this&nbsp;study aimed at investigating the promotion of safety culture and the impact of&nbsp;education on this culture.&nbsp;<strong>Methods: </strong>The present study was conducted on all employers working at Ekbatan&nbsp;Metal Industry to evaluate the safety culture using a questionnaire with the aim of&nbsp;promoting safety. The obtained data were analyzed in Excel and SPSS software&nbsp;(version. 19) through statistical tests. The training sessions were held and the&nbsp;safety culture was then&nbsp; &nbsp; evaluated after the intervention. Ultimately, a comparison&nbsp;was made between the scores of safety culture and its ten dimensions before and&nbsp;after the&nbsp; intervention.&nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong> The mean value of safety culture before the intervention was obtained&nbsp;at 287 and ten dimensions of the safety culture were&nbsp; investigated individually.&nbsp;The mean scores of safety culture obtained from the employers and workers were&nbsp;290.67&plusmn;26.17 and 283&plusmn;47.25, respectively, before the intervention. However,&nbsp;the mean score of safety culture was 318&plusmn;31.11 after the intervention.&nbsp;<strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that education is one of the effective ways to&nbsp;promote safety culture. Education on safety can have a significant effect on the&nbsp;promotion of safety culture. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement&nbsp;educational programs based on the needs analysis.
