fa بررسی ارتباط میان هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی Management of Health Services پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> هوش معنوی از مجموعه ای از توانایی ها و علایق معنوی، ویژگیهای شخصیتی،&nbsp;توانایی های شناختی خاص و فرایندهای عصب شناختی به دست می آید. هوش هیجانی جدیدترین تحول در&nbsp;زمینه فهم رابطه میان تعقل و هیجان است. در این ارتباط، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین هوش&nbsp;هیجانی و هوش معنوی دانشجویان کارشناسی رشته پرستاری دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد.&nbsp;<strong>روش کار:</strong> در پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی حاضر حجم نمونه معادل 125 نفر برآورد شد. روش&nbsp;نمونه گیری مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، تصادفی ساده بود. اطلاعات توسط پژوهشگر و با استفاده&nbsp;از پرسشنامه های هوش هیجانی Baron و هوش معنوی King جمع آوری گردیدند. باید عنوان نمود که&nbsp;روایی و پایایی هر دو پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در نهایت، داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و&nbsp;آزمون های ضریب همبستگی Pearson و رگرسیون تحلیل شدند.&nbsp;<strong>یافته ها:</strong> بین هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی دانشجویان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت ( 05 / P<0).&nbsp;بین مقیاس های بین فردی، سازگاری و خلق عمومی با هوش معنوی نیز رابطه معناداری به دست آمد<span background-color:="" font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">( 05 / P<0)&nbsp;</span>؛ اما بین مقیاس های درون فردی و مدیریت استرس با هوش معنوی رابطه معناداری وجود نداشت<span background-color:="" font-size:="" sans="" source="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma, Arial, Verdana, ">( 05 / P>0)</span>. شایان ذکر است که تمامی مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی قادر به پیش بینی هوش معنوی بودند.&nbsp;<strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با تقویت هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان می توان هوش معنوی را در آن ها تقویت کرد وبه بهبود جو معنوی و نگرش مثبت دانشجویان کمک نمود. در این ارتباط، مسئولان آموزشی دانشگاه&nbsp;می توانند با ارائه آموزش های لازم به تقویت هوش معنوی و هیجانی دانشجویان کمک کنند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction and purpose:</strong> Spiritual intelligence is obtained from a set of&nbsp;spiritual abilities and interests, personality traits, special cognitive abilities,&nbsp; and&nbsp;neurological processes. Emotional intelligence is a revolutionary development&nbsp;in understanding the relationship between intellection and emotion. This study&nbsp;was carried out to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence&nbsp;and spiritual intelligence in undergraduate nursing students of Abadan School of&nbsp;Medical Sciences.<strong>Methods:</strong> This descriptive correlational study was conducted on a total of&nbsp;125 subjects. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data&nbsp;were collected utilizing the Bar-On emotional intelligence and King spiritual&nbsp;intelligence questionnaires. The validity and reliability of both questionnaires&nbsp;were approved. Eventually, the data were analyzed using Pearson correlation&nbsp;coefficient and regression tests by SPSS 16.<strong>Results:</strong> There was a positive and significant relationship between emotional&nbsp;intelligence and spiritual intelligence among students (P<0/05). Moreover,&nbsp;there was a significant correlation between interpersonal scales, adaptation,&nbsp;and temperament with spiritual intelligence (P<0/05). However, there was no&nbsp;meaningful relation between intrapersonal scales and stress management with&nbsp;spiritual intelligence (P>0/05). It should be noted that all the components of&nbsp;&nbsp;emotional intelligence were able to predict spiritual intelligence.<strong>Conclusion:</strong> Through the enhancement of emotional intelligence in students,&nbsp;spiritual intelligence can be strengthened and improve the spiritual atmosphere&nbsp;and positive attitudes of students.
