fa بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران به اصول حفاظت پرتویی در استان خوزستان در سال 1393 Assessment of Awareness, Performance, and Attitudes of Radiographers Toward Radiological Protective Principles in Khuzestan, Iran پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) مقدمه و هدف: تشعشع به عنوان یک مخاطره مداوم و همیشگی در پزشکی مدرن مطرح بوده که در مورد اثرات زیان بار آن هیچ تردیدی وجود ندارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی سطح آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش پرتوکار استان خوزستان نسبت به حفاظت پرتو و ارائه راهکارهای کنترلی می باشد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی می باشد که در سال 1393در بین 185نفر از پرتوکاران شاغل در مراکز تصویر‌برداری استان خوزستان انجام گرفت، ابزار پژوهش 3پرسشنامه(دموگرافیک، آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در برابر حفاظت پرتویی و پرسشنامه باز پاسخ) می‌باشد، روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای-تصادفی می‌باشد.  بعد از توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها  و گردآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS16 داده‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: محدوده سنی پرتوکاران در این مطالعه بین 21  تا 55 سال با میانگین سنی  92/33 سال می‌باشد. میانگین نمره کسب شده برای آگاهی ، نگرش و عملکرد کل پرتوکاران به ترتیب 02/14± 35/48 ،01/16± 97/76 و01/18± 79/48 می باشد. بین سن، جنس و سابقه کار  با آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش رابطه معنی‌داری پیدا نشد(05/> P)، اما بین شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی با آگاهی، عملکرد و نگرش رابطه معنی‌دار و مثبتی پیدا شد(05/< P). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج میزان آگاهی و عملکرد پرتوکاران استان خوزستان در سطح متوسط، اما سطح نگرش این پرتوکاران در حد مطلوب می‌باشد، همچنین با توجه به رغبت جامعه هدف برای شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی، آموزش و شرکت در کلاس‌های آموزشی می‌تواند فاکتور تأثیرگذاری جهت بالابردن  آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد پرتوکاران باشد.   Introduction and purpose: Radiation is a constant hazard in modern medicine, and there is no doubt about its harmful effects. We aimed to evaluate the knowledge, practice, and attitudes of radiographers toward radiological protective principles and to provide controlling solutions. Methods: This cross-sectional, descriptive, analytical study was conducted on 185 radiographers in imaging centers of Khuzestan province, Iran, in 2013. The data were collected using three questionnaires (Demographic, Knowledge, performance, and attitudes toward radiation protection, and an open-ended questionnaire). The participants were chosen through cluster–randomized sampling. The obtained data were analyzed performing Pearson correlation and descriptive tests, using SPSS version 16.   Results: The mean age of the participants was 33±92 years (age range: 21-55 years). The mean obtained scores for awareness, performance, and attitudes of radiographers were 48.35±14.02, 48.79±18.01, and 76.97±16.01, respectively. No significant relationship was found between age, gender, and experience and knowledge, performance, and attitudes (P>0.05). However, there was a significant positive relationship between participating training courses and knowledge, performance, and attitudes (P<0.05). Conclusion: Knowledge and performance of the samples was in a moderate level, while their attitudes were in a satisfactory level.
