fa بروز سرطان مثانه در استان مازندران در طی سالهای 1395 تا 1399 بر اساس داده های ثبت سرطان جمعیتی The Bladder Cancer in Mazandaran Province During 2015 to 2019: A Population Based Cancer Registry Study اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology گزارش کوتاه Brief Report <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: سرطان مثانه یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های بدخیم در دستگاه ادراری است که به دلیل عوامل مختلفی مانند مصرف دخانیات، مواجهه با مواد سرطان‌زا در محیط کار و عوامل ژنتیکی ایجاد می‌شود. درک جامع از اپیدمیولوژی این بیماری به طور قابل توجهی در برنامه‌ریزی‌های بهداشتی و پیشگیرانه موثر است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های جمعیتی، بروز و توزیع جغرافیایی سرطان مثانه در استان مازندران بین سال‌های ۱۳۹۵ تا ۱۳۹۹ انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی  با استفاده از داده‌های ثبت سرطان استان، بر روی ۱۳۷۰ بیمار مبتلا به سرطان مثانه انجام شد. داده‌ها شامل ویژگی‌های جمعیتی مانند جنسیت، سن، محل سکونت، سال تشخیص و نوع تشخیص بود. برای تحلیل آماری از نرم افزار SPSS 20 استفاده و آزمون‌های T test، Anova و کای اسکوئر استفاده شد تا تفاوت بین متغیرها مقایسه شود. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که ۸۰.۱ % از بیماران مرد و ۱۹.۹ درصد زن بودند و میانگین سنی بیماران ۶۶.۹۲ سال با دامنه سنی ۱ تا ۹۸ سال بود. بیشترین تعداد بیماران در گروه سنی بالای ۶۰ سال دیده شد. میزان بروز استاندارد شده سرطان مثانه در استان مازندران (ASR) نشان داد که این مقدار در سال‌های ۱۳۹۵ و ۱۳۹۶ برابر با ۸.۱ بوده و سپس در سال ۱۳۹۷ رشد پیدا کرده و به ۹.۱ رسیده است. در سال ۱۳۹۸ مقداری کاهش داشته و به ۸.۵ کاهش یافته دوباره در سال ۱۳۹۹ به همان عدد ۹.۱ بازگشت. بیشترین موارد در سال ۱۳۹۹ با ۲۹۷ بیمار ثبت شده است. از نظر توزیع جغرافیایی، بیشترین تعداد موارد در شهرهای ساری، بابل و آمل بود. آزمون‌های آماری تفاوت معناداری در سن بر اساس جنسیت (p = 0.215) و محل سکونت  (p = 0.255) نشان ندادند. حدود ۸۳.۴ % موارد از طریق تشخیص پاتولوژیک تأیید شده بود. نتیجه گیری: سرطان مثانه در استان مازندران بیشتر در مردان و افراد مسن‌تر دیده می‌شود. روند افزایشی این بیماری نیازمند اقدامات پیشگیرانه جدی است. با توجه به تمرکز موارد در برخی مناطق، پیشنهاد می‌شود برنامه‌های مراقبتی و افزایش آگاهی عمومی به صورت منطقه‌ای اجرا شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant diseases of the urinary tract, which is caused by various factors such as tobacco use, exposure to carcinogens in the workplace, and genetic factors. A comprehensive understanding of the epidemiology of this disease is significantly effective in health and preventive planning. This study aimed to investigate the demographic characteristics, incidence, and geographical distribution of bladder cancer in Mazandaran province between 2015 and 2019. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 1,370 patients with bladder cancer using data from the provincial cancer registry. The data included demographic characteristics such as gender, age, place of residence, year of diagnosis, and type of diagnosis. SPSS 20 software was used for statistical analysis and T test, and Chi-square tests were used to compare the differences between variables. Results: The results showed that 80.1% of the patients were male and 19.9% were female, and the mean age of the patients was 66.92 years with an age range of 1 to 98 years. The highest number of patients was seen in the age group over 60 years. The age standardized incidence rate of bladder cancer in Mazandaran province (ASR) showed that this value was 8.1 in 2015 and 2016, and then increased in 2017 and reached 9.1. In 2018, it decreased slightly and decreased to 8.5 and returned to the same number of 9.1 in 2019. The highest number of cases was recorded in 2019 with 297 patients. In terms of geographical distribution, the highest number of cases was in the cities of Sari, Babol and Amol. Statistical tests did not show a significant difference in age based on gender (p=0.215) and place of residence (p=0.255). About 83.4% of the cases were confirmed through pathological diagnosis. Conclusion: Bladder cancer in Mazandaran province is more common in men and older people. The increasing trend of this disease requires serious preventive measures.
