fa روند حیوان گزیدگی و چالش های مرتبط با سلامت جامعه در مازندران: یک مطالعه توصیفی گذشته نگر اپیدمیولوژی Epidemiology پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:.1pt">مقدمه و هدف:</span></b> هاری یک عفونت ویروسی کشنده است که ازطریق گزش حیوانات، به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ویژه سگ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های ولگرد، منتقل می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شود. مرگ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ومیر ناشی از آن با وجود پیشرفت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های واکسیناسیون، در کشورهای در حال توسعه همچنان بالا است. این مطالعه ویژگی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های جمعیت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شناختی و اقدامات کنترلی در مازندران را بررسی می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کند.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>روش</b><b><span dir="LTR">‌</span></b><b> کار</b>: این مطالعه توصیفی بر بیماران دچار حیوان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گزیدگی در استان مازندران انجام شد. اطلاعات بیماران از مراکز درمانی طی سال 1401 جمع<span dir="LTR">‌</span>آوری و به معاونت بهداشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارسال شد. داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها پس از پالایش و ورود به نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار SPSS نسخه 24، شامل متغیرهایی نظیر جنسیت، شغل، نوع حیوان و محل وقوع حادثه بدون محدودیت سنی یا نژادی، تحلیل شدند. روند حیوان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گزیدگی براساس ماه و شهرستان گزارش شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>یافته</b><b><span dir="LTR">‌</span></b><b>ها</b>: در سال 1401 در مازندران، 5989 مورد حیوان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گزیدگی ثبت شد که 502 مورد آن مربوط به مسافران بود. 73 درصد مراجعان مرد بودند و 3/36 درصد شغل آزاد داشتند. بیشترین آسیب<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دیدگان گروه سنی 30 تا 39 سال بودند و سبب 88 درصد موارد حیوانات اهلی بوده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>اند. سگ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها عامل 83 درصد و گربه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها 6/15 درصد گازگرفتگی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها بودند. 87 درصد افراد سه مرتبه واکسینه ضد هاری شدند و بیشترین موارد در خرداد و مرداد ثبت شد. بیشترین شیوع حیوان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گزیدگی در هر صد هزار نفر مربوط به شهر تنکابن بوده است.</span></span></span></span><br> <br> <span style="line-height:15pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b>نتیجه</b><b><span dir="LTR">‌</span></b><b>گیری</b>: افزایش موارد حیوان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گزیدگی در سال 1401 در مازندران، نگرانی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های جدی درباره سلامت عمومی ایجاد می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کند. ضرورت آموزش عمومی و افزایش آگاهی درباره خطرات و نحوه برخورد با حیوانات به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ویژه سگ<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها، در کنار واکسیناسیون مناسب و به<span dir="LTR">‌</span>موقع در برابر هاری احساس می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="EN-GB" style="letter-spacing:.15pt">Introduction and purpose:</span></b> Rabies is a fatal viral infection transmitted through animal bites, particularly from stray dogs. Patient data were collected from healthcare centers throughout 2022 and sent to the Health Deputy of the University of Medical Sciences. The data which included variables, such as gender, occupation, type of animal, and location of incidents, were analyzed in SPSS software (version 24). The trend of animal bites was reported based on month and county.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;"><span style="color:black"><b>Results: </b>There were 5,989 recorded cases of animal bites, with 502 cases involving travelers. Reagdring gender and career, 73% of patients were male, and 36.3% had freelance occupations. The highest number of victims was in the age group of 30-39 years, with 88% of cases involving domestic animals. Dogs accounted for 83% and cats for 15.6% of the bites. Moreover, 87% of subjects were vaccinated against rabies three times, with the highest number of cases reported in June and August.
