fa بررسی حضور میکروپلاستیک ها به عنوان یک آلاینده ی نوظهور در آب و انواع نوشیدنی ها: مطالعه ی مروری Investigating the Presence of Microplastics as an Emerging Contaminant in Water and Various Beverages: A Review Study بهداشت محیط زیست Environmental Health مروری Review مقدمه و هدف: میکروپلاستیک‌ها به‌عنوان یک آلاینده‌ی نوظهور در انواع نوشیدنی‌ها وجود دارند. با توجه به اینکه انسان روزانه از طریق نوشیدنی‌های مختلف در معرض خطر تجمع میکروپلاستیک‌ها در بدن قرار دارد، در این مطالعه‌ی مروری، به بررسی حضور این آلاینده‌ی نوظهور در آب و انواع نوشیدنی‌ها پرداخته شد.  روش کار: در این مطالعه‌ی مروری، مقالات چاپ‌شده تا سال 4202 با بررسی حضور میکروپلاستیک‌ها در نوشیدنی‌ها بررسی شد. این مقالات بـا جسـت‌وجو در پایـگاه داده‌هـای معتبر ملی و بین‌المللی شامل  Embase، PubMed، Google Scholar، Sience Direct و SID و با اسـتفاده از کلیدواژه‌های فارسی نظیر میکروپلاستیک، نوشیدنی، سلامت انسان، آب لوله‌کشی، آب بطری‌شده و کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی نظیر ر Soft drinks، Tap water، Bottled water، Tea، human health، beverages و Microplas tic جمع‌آوری و بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها: وجود میکروپلاستیک‌ها در آب‌های بطری‌شده (11 مقاله)، آب لوله‌کشی‌شده (6 مقاله)، چای و قهوه (7 مقاله)، شیر (6 مقاله) و نوشیدنی‌های انرژی‌زا و نوشابه (4 مقاله) بررسی شد. بر اساس مطالعات، فراوانی میکروپلاستیک‌ها در هر لیتر آب بطری‌شده و آب لوله‌کشی‌شده بین 6/4 تا 84302 ذره و منبع غالب آن‌ها TEP و PP بود. محدوده‌ی اندازه‌ی میکروپلاستیک‌ها در چای از 6/002 تا 7/022 میکرومتر متغیر بود و پلیمر‌های رایج شناسایی‌شده اتیلن‌وینیل‌استات و آکریلونیتریل‌بوتادیین‌استایرن بودند. همچنین، میانگین تعداد میکروپلاستیک در نمونه‌های شیر برابر با 5 ± 6 ذره در هر لیتر بود. نتایج نشان داد که امکان آلودگی شیر به میکروپلاستیک‌ها در طول فرایند تولید، بیشتر از فرایند بسته‌بندی بود. نتیجه‌گیری: میکروپلاستیک‌ها در همه‌ی نوشیدنی‌های مورد بررسی حضور دارند و منابع آلودگی آن‌ها شامل بسته‌بندی بطری‌ها و سایش درب بطری در آب بطری‌شده، تصفیه‌ی آب و خطوط لوله در آب لوله‌کشی‌شده، فیلم پلاستیکی کشاورزی و استفاده از بسته‌بندی پلاستیکی در چای و شیر است. حضور میکروپلاستیک‌ها در آب و انواع نوشیدنی‌ها اثرات نامطلوب بر سلامت انسان‌ها دارد و نیاز به مطالعات بیشتر و استانداردهای جدید برای کنترل خطرات مرتبط با آن‌ها وجود دارد. Introduction and purpose: Microplastics (MPs) have emerged as a pollutant in water and various types of beverages. Given that humans are regularly exposed to the risk of microplastic accumulation in the body through the consumption of water and different drinks, this review study aimed to assess the occurrence of this emerging pollutant across water and various beverage categories. Methods: For this review study, the articles on the presence of MPs in beverages published up to 2024 were thoroughly reviewed. These articles were identified through searches conducted in reputable national and international databases, including Google Scholar, PubMed, Embase, Science Direct, and SID. The search utilized both Persian and English keywords, such as microplastic, beverages, human health, tea, bottled water, tap water, and soft drinks. Results: The review examined the presence of microplastics in a range of beverage types, including bottled water (11 articles), tap water (6 articles), tea and coffee (7 articles), milk (6 articles), and energy drinks and sodas (4 articles). According to the results, the frequency of MPs in each liter of bottled water and tap water was between 4.6 and 20348 particles, and their dominant sources were polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate. The size range of MPS in tea varied from 200.6-220.7 µm, and the common polymers identified were ethylene-vinyl acetate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. Furthermore, the average number of MPs in milk samples was 6±5 particles per liter. The results pointed out that the possibility of milk being contaminated by MPs during the production process was higher than during the packaging process. Conclusion: As evidenced by the obtained results, MPs were present in all the beverages studied, and the sources of their contamination included the packaging of bottles and abrasion of bottle caps in bottled water, water treatment and pipelines in tap water, agricultural plastic films, and the use of plastic packaging in tea and milk.
