Introduction&Purpose: Improper posture while working is as one of the most important risk factors of the musculoskeletal disorders. So, the aim of this study was Assessment of posture students of Medical Sciences by RULA method when using existing best-selling laptop tables.

Methods: This cross-sectional analytical-descriptive study was performed in 2017 years. In this study, the number of 50 subjects was selected among male and female students in the dormitory based on stratified random sampling. In order to assess the body status of people in two different work stations (tables 1 and 2), the worksheet RULA and data analysis (Independent T-test and ANOVA tests) was performed using SPSS version 16.

 Results: The results of this study showed that the table number one, 36% of the final score of 3 and 46% of a final score of 4 were allocated themselves and also the table number two, were 48% of the final score 3 and 44% of the final score 4. Therefore the table number one and two workstation were assigned themselves 82% and 92% the two types of corrective measures respectively. The results showed of statistical significant relationships between the demographic variables RULA with the final score (P <0.05).

 Conclusion: With respect to frequency of the level two corrective measures, the table number one among the tables is better from the point of view design. However, corrective measures are necessary for both tables up to be provided comfort, convenience, health and productivity for users when using this laptop tables in sitting cross-legged status.
