fa بررسی سطح شایستگی فرهنگی و تعیین‌کننده‌های آن در میان پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی زاهدان: یک مطالعه مقطعی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی Management of Health Services پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه و هدف:</strong> شایستگی فرهنگی یکی از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌هایی است که به پرستاران برای ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی درمانی با کیفیت و عادلانه کمک می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین وضعیت شایستگی فرهنگی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های شهر زاهدان انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی‌تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی بر روی 350 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر زاهدان در سال 1403 انجام شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از دو ابزار اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناسی و ابـزار شایستگی فرهنگـی برای پرستاران استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افـزار آماری SPSS نسخه 16 و آزمون‌های آماری تی تست، آنووا و همبستگی انجام شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میانگین نمره شایستگی فرهنگی پرستاران 164/19 با انحراف‌معیار 26/44 بود. در بین ابعاد، مهارت فرهنگی بالاترین (11/03&plusmn;58/95) و آگاهی فرهنگی پایین‌ترین (6/27&plusmn;31/69) میانگین را به خود اختصاص دادند. متغیرهای سن (0/008=P)، جنسیت (0/006=P)، توانایی صحبت به زبانی غیر از زبان مادری (0/001=P)، تحصیل در خارج از محل زندگی (0/01=P)، سابقه خدمت در مناطق چند قومیتی (0/004=P)، تفاوت فرهنگی بین محل تحصیل و کار (0/002=P)، و احساس رضایت از مراقبت به قومیت‌های مختلف (0/008=P) با شایستگی فرهنگی ارتباط معنی‌دار داشتند.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: شایستگی فرهنگی پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی زاهدان در سطح نسبتاً مطلوبی قرار دارد، اما این شایستگی به‌صورت یکنواخت در همه ابعاد توسعه نیافته است. باتوجه‌به نقش حیاتی پرستاران در مواجهه مستقیم با بیماران از قومیت‌ها و فرهنگ‌های متنوع استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان، تقویت مؤلفه‌های مختلف شایستگی فرهنگی یک ضرورت حرفه‌ای و اخلاقی است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction and Purpose</strong>: Cultural competence is one of the most important characteristics that help nurses provide high-quality, equitable healthcare to patients. This study aimed to determine the status of cultural competence and its associated factors in nurses working in teaching hospitals in Zahedan.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted on 350 nurses working in teaching hospitals in Zahedan. Data were collected using two instruments: A demographic information questionnaire and the Cultural Competence Assessment tool for Nurses. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 16 utilizing t-tests, ANOVA, and correlation analyses.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean score of nurses&rsquo; cultural competence was 164.19 with a standard deviation of 26.44. Among the dimensions, cultural skill had the highest mean (58.95&plusmn;11.03) and cultural awareness had the lowest mean (31.69&plusmn;6.27). Age (P=0.008), gender (P=0.006), ability to speak a language other than the mother tongue (P=0.001), education outside the place of residence (P=0.01), experience of service in multi-ethnic areas (P=0.004), cultural difference between place of study and work (P=0.002), and satisfaction with caring for different ethnicities (P=0.008) were significantly related to cultural competence.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The cultural competence of nurses in Zahedan teaching hospitals is at a relatively good level; however, this competence is not developed uniformly across all dimensions.
